Spicy Cilantro Chicken

Great flavored spicy chicken without being too spicy.

  1. 1Put garlic, green chile, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce and coconut milk in a food processor and process to a smooth puree.
  2. 2Marinate chicken with about 1/2 of the puree for about an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. 3Broil the chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
  4. 4Place the remaining marinade in a pot and bring to a boil.
  5. 5Lower the heat and simmer for several minutes.
  6. 6Pour over cooked chicken breasts.
