  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C)..
  2. 2Arrange chicken in a 9"x13" baking dish; pour lime juice evenly over chicken. Season with salt and pepper (or if desired you can use taco seasoning).
  3. 3Lay one roasted green chili over each chicken breast. Cover dish with foil; bake for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken; bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
