  1. 1Slice pork, celery, and garlic.
  2. 2Heat oil on highest heat setting. Add garlic and peppers and toss. Add pork. Cook until pink is mostly gone. Add celery and salt.
  3. 3Toss maximum 2 minutes until celery turns bright green and starts to soften.
  4. 4Remove from heat and serve. Eat with rice if desired.
  5. 5Note: you can use any pepper you like for this, or leave it out if you don't like spicy.
