Directions
- 1Slice pork, celery, and garlic.
- 2Heat oil on highest heat setting. Add garlic and peppers and toss. Add pork. Cook until pink is mostly gone. Add celery and salt.
- 3Toss maximum 2 minutes until celery turns bright green and starts to soften.
- 4Remove from heat and serve. Eat with rice if desired.
- 5Note: you can use any pepper you like for this, or leave it out if you don't like spicy.
