Skinny Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp canola mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1 tbsp lemon juiceNutrition
- 3/4 cup panko Japanese style bread crumbsNutrition
- 1 tbsp dijon mustardNutrition
- 16 oz boneless salmonNutrition
- 1/2 medium red onion, dicedNutrition
- 1/8 tsp chili powderNutrition
- 1/8 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1/8 tsp saltNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- 2In a mixing bowl, use your hands to combine salmon, bread crumbs, red onion, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Shape mixture into 4 equally sized burger patties. Evenly space patties on baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops of burgers with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4When burgers are cooked through, remove from oven. Serve on buns with burger toppings if desired.
