Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a slow cooker and mix well. Place chicken breasts on the top, and press them down slightly.
  2. 2Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred.
  3. 3Return shredded chicken to slow cooker, and mix everything together. If desired top with cilantro before serving.
