Directions

  1. 1Spray a microwavable bowl with cooking spray, like Pam, bottom and sides well.
  2. 2Break two eggs in to bowl, poke egg yolks with fork.
  3. 3Spray eggs with cooking spray (salt and pepper optional.)
  4. 4Cover bowl with a spatter-proof lid.
  5. 5Microwave on high for 2 minutes for harder yolks, 1 1/2 minutes for softer yolks.
