Directions
- 1Spray a microwavable bowl with cooking spray, like Pam, bottom and sides well.
- 2Break two eggs in to bowl, poke egg yolks with fork.
- 3Spray eggs with cooking spray (salt and pepper optional.)
- 4Cover bowl with a spatter-proof lid.
- 5Microwave on high for 2 minutes for harder yolks, 1 1/2 minutes for softer yolks.
