  1. 1Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  2. 2Strain through a fine sieve over a bowl. Discard solids.
  3. 3Stir in lime juice, agave nectar, and salt.
  4. 4Pour mixture into an 8" square dish. Freeze at least 8 hours.
  5. 5Remove mixture from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
