- 2Approximately 10 minutes before serving the chicken, add the apples to the steam.
- 3Serve with all mixed salad vegetables, optionally with a no fat dressing.
- 4Note: the apples are a lovely alternative to potatoes, pasta or rice and are very filing whilst light.
