Spiced Couscous
This recipe was wonderful when served with the Poached Chicken Breasts with Gingered Applesauce.

Directions
- 1Bring the broth, cider, oil, pepper, allspice and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
- 2Stir in the couscous and bring to a boil again.
- 3Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
- 4Remove from the heat. Fluff with a fork. Cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
