Directions
- 1Boil the halved new potatoes until tender.
- 2In a large bowl, add chopped onion and celery to drained potatoes.
- 3Mix tablespoon of Dijon mustard with low fat mayonnaise; mix into potatoes.
- 4Add a pinch of fleur de sel or good salt and ground pepper and mix again.
- 5Serve warm.
