  1. 1Boil the halved new potatoes until tender.
  2. 2In a large bowl, add chopped onion and celery to drained potatoes.
  3. 3Mix tablespoon of Dijon mustard with low fat mayonnaise; mix into potatoes.
  4. 4Add a pinch of fleur de sel or good salt and ground pepper and mix again.
  5. 5Serve warm.
