Paleo Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flourNutrition
- 1 lb lump crab meatNutrition
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juiceNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp red or cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps yellow mustardNutrition
- 1/3 cup onions, choppedNutrition
- 1/3 cup sweet red peppers, choppedNutrition
- 1/2 cup mayonnaiseNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C) and place parchment paper on baking pan well oiled (avocado or coconut oil).
- 2Whisk egg and mix all ingredients, using 1/3 cup of the flour (save the rest for dusting).
- 3Form into patties. Place on baking pan, drizzle with more oil or dot with butter.
- 4Cook 20-25 minutes till brown. Enjoy.
- 5Note: use homemade paleo mayonnaise.
