Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet yellow onionNutrition

Directions
- 1Brown beef in skillet with oil.
- 2Put beef in crock pot and stir in vegetables and spices.
- 3Cook on high for 6 hours.
- 4Top with desired garnishes such as sour cream, Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro, red onion etc...
