Flourless Crust Pizza
Turkey and cheese pizza that works for all phases of South Beach Diet.

- 1Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Beat eggs and cream cheese together. The cream cheese must be room temperature to mix right.
- 3Add spices and salt (you can add a tsp of oregano plus the garlic).
- 4Spread cheese in the bottom of a 9x13" pan that is well buttered. Pour egg mixture over cheese and bake 15-20 minutes, just until the top starts to brown
- 5Meanwhile fry up the onions, peppers and turkey (or any other pizza toppings you like).
- 6When starting to brown, remove "crust" from oven, put on pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese.
- 7Bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
