Ingredients
- 1 dash sea saltNutrition
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oilNutrition
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butterNutrition
- 1/2 cup coconut flourNutrition
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrupNutrition
- 1/2 cup chocolate chipsNutrition
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoesNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Mix wet ingredients well (mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, creamy almond butter, virgin coconut oil, and vanilla extract) .
- 2Slowly add dry ingredients (cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt, and chocolate chips).
- 3Bake in a parchment paper-lined loaf pan at 350 °F for 25-28 minutes until the knife comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing it from the pan. Cut into 15 squares. Refrigerate.
