  1. 1Fry turkey bacon crisp over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
  2. 2Remove to drain on paper towels. Very lightly wipe some of grease from the pan with a paper towel.
  3. 3Lower heat to medium-low, and sauté garlic a minute or two in turkey bacon residue. Do not brown or let burn.
  4. 4Add green beans to garlic. Sauté lightly.
  5. 5Cut fried bacon into small bites with kitchen shears and return to pan.
  6. 6Cook all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
  7. 7Add a splash or two of white wine vinegar (cider vinegar also works) and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until the liquid has removed all the yummy brown bits from the pan.
