Directions

  1. 1Sauté onions, celery, garlic, herbs over medium heat in a large pot until onion and celery are translucent.
  2. 2Add carrots and mushrooms and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add broth, miso, bay leaves. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. 4Taste, and season as desired.
