- 1Mix the crushed nuts, melted butter and 1 tablespoon of sweetener together.
- 2Press into the bottom of a small, square casserole dish (the smaller the dish, the thicker the filling will be).
- 3Put in refrigerator and chill while you're making the filling.
- 4Take softened cream cheese, remaining sweetener and lemon juice and mix them all together until fairly smooth.
- 5Spoon onto the nut "crust".
- 6Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The longer it chills, the more solid it will become.
- 7Note: whipped topping can be mixed in with the cream cheese.
