  1. 1Simmer ground beef in a pan and drain fat. Set aside.
  2. 2Wash rice until the water is clean and cook in a rice cooker.
  3. 3Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and jalapeño. Stir well.
  4. 4Put in tomato slices and mix well. Season to taste.
  5. 5Add cooked ground beef and heat it on high for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
  6. 6Stir in rice until everything is combined.
