Taco Bake

Ingredients
- 1 oz fat free sour creamNutrition
- 1 tbsp taco seasoningNutrition
- 1/2 cup salsaNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepperNutrition
- 3/4 cup waterNutrition
- 1 cup cornNutrition
- 1/2 lb lean ground beefNutrition
- 3 slices fat free cheese, cut in stripsNutrition
- 2 oz tortilla chips, low fatNutrition
Directions
- 1Brown ground beef round and drain. Add onions, green peppers, water and taco seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 2Spray a 9x9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and layer as follows, 1st layer half of the meat mixture, half of the corn, half of the chips, half of the cheese. 2nd layer, meat mixture, corn, chips.
- 3Bake for 30 minutes on 350° F (175° C).
- 4Remove dish and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
- 5Serve with sour cream and salsa.
