Directions

  1. 1Chop onions and mushrooms, sauté in a pan with olive oil over medium heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2Cut squash in pieces and add to the pan.
  3. 3Add peas, mix and cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Boil potatoes in a separate pan with water until done. Cut in squares and add to the other vegetables.
  5. 5Season as desired and turn off heat.
