  1. 1Place beans in a steamer basket.
  2. 2Steam for 7 to 10 minutes our until beans are crisp-tender.
  3. 3Remove beans from the steamer and place in a serving bowl.
  4. 4Combine garlic, butter, lemon juice, blending well.
  5. 5Add garlic mixture, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to green beans, tossing to mix.
  6. 6Makes six 2/3 cup servings. Enjoy.
