Ingredients
- 1 tsp light brown sugarNutrition

- 425 g pumpkin pureeNutrition
- 2 medium applesNutrition
- 1 cup sugarNutrition
- 1/4 cup whole cranberriesNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz pecan nutsNutrition
- 3 tbsps molassesNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 2Slowly add the wet ingredients.
- 3Fold in the nuts, cranberries, and apple slices.
- 4Put in a lightly greased bread mold. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 min.
