  2. 2Beat the egg white with cream of tartar and protein powder until stiff.
  3. 3Fold in the egg yolks.
  4. 4Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased bread pan.
  5. 5Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
  6. 6Turn off the oven and let the bread sit for 15 minutes.
  7. 7Remove and cool completely before cutting.
