Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in bottom of pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spices.
  4. 4Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture. Add toppings.
  6. 6Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and brown.
  7. 7Let stand for 5 minutes.
  8. 8Note: different topping can be added as well as chives for more flavor.
