Ingredients
- 1 tsp italian seasoningNutrition
- 17 slices turkey pepperoniNutrition
- 1 slice deli hamNutrition
- 1/2 cup pizza sauceNutrition
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping creamNutrition
- 1/2 cup low fat cream cheeseNutrition
- 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shreddedNutrition
- 4 large eggsNutrition
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, gratedNutrition
- 1 tbsp garlic powderNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.
- 2Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in bottom of pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
- 3Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spices.
- 4Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
- 5Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture. Add toppings.
- 6Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and brown.
- 7Let stand for 5 minutes.
- 8Note: different topping can be added as well as chives for more flavor.
