Taco Bake
Great taco bake that you can serve with additional toppings like shredded lettuce, jalapenos, guacamole, ripe olives, sour cream or salsa.

- 1For the crust, beat the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
- 2Add the cream and 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning.
- 3Grease a 9"x13" baking dish; spread half the cheese over the bottom.
- 4Pour in the egg mixture as evenly as possible. Bake at 375° F (190° C) , 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before adding the topping.
- 5For the topping, brown the hamburger; drain fat.
- 6Stir in the tomato sauce, chiles, and 3 teaspoons taco seasoning. Spread over the crust and top with remaining cheese.
- 7Reduce oven to 350° F (175° C) and bake another 20 minutes or so until hot and bubbly. Serve with the toppings of your choice (add additional carbs).
