Saucy Chicken Salad

- 1Open can of chicken, drain as much as possible.
- 2Chop chicken up with fork or spoon, then take a paper towel and press it on to the chicken to get as much of the liquid out as possible.
- 3Mix in the mayonaisse (use very little, just enough to hold the chicken together). Stir well.
- 4Mix in as much or as little salsa as you would like.
- 5Top with cheese, like cheddar or American.
- 6Try and be creative, add other salad ingredients.
