Saucy Chicken Salad

  1. 1Open can of chicken, drain as much as possible.
  2. 2Chop chicken up with fork or spoon, then take a paper towel and press it on to the chicken to get as much of the liquid out as possible.
  3. 3Mix in the mayonaisse (use very little, just enough to hold the chicken together). Stir well.
  4. 4Mix in as much or as little salsa as you would like.
  5. 5Top with cheese, like cheddar or American.
  6. 6Try and be creative, add other salad ingredients.
