Directions
- 1Wash and thinly slice fennel bulb and put in bowl.
- 2Peel and section oranges. Cut sections in half and add to fennel.
- 3Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper over salad.
- 4Add red wine vinegar and olive oil, toss salad.
- 5Add cranberries toss again and serve.
