Directions

  1. 1Wash and thinly slice fennel bulb and put in bowl.
  2. 2Peel and section oranges. Cut sections in half and add to fennel.
  3. 3Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper over salad.
  4. 4Add red wine vinegar and olive oil, toss salad.
  5. 5Add cranberries toss again and serve.
