  1. 1Press tofu under weighted plate to drain for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Mix together gochujang, hon dashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger.
  3. 3Slice tofu into bite sized pieces and pour sauce over the top.
  4. 4Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and scallions.
