- 1Press tofu under weighted plate to drain for 30 minutes.
- 2Mix together gochujang, hon dashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger.
- 3Slice tofu into bite sized pieces and pour sauce over the top.
- 4Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and scallions.
