Directions

  1. 1Blend all ingredients till smooth.
  2. 2Cover bottom of pan with non-stick spray or olive oil.
  3. 3When pan is hot drizzle small amount of mixture around the pan until you have a pancake shape and very thin.
  4. 4Lightly brown on both sides.
  5. 5Layer between wax paper.
  6. 6Use or store in refrigerator or freeze for future use.
