Directions
- 1Blend all ingredients till smooth.
- 2Cover bottom of pan with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- 3When pan is hot drizzle small amount of mixture around the pan until you have a pancake shape and very thin.
- 4Lightly brown on both sides.
- 5Layer between wax paper.
- 6Use or store in refrigerator or freeze for future use.
