Directions
- 1Mix with a spatula the peanuts, sugar, and syrup together in a large glass bowl.
- 2Microwave 4 minutes, mix, and microwave 4 minutes more.
- 3Add butter and vanilla and mix.
- 4Microwave 1 minute.
- 5Mix in baking powder.
- 6Quickly move mix on to a greased cookie sheet using the spatula and spread to one peanut thick.
- 7Cool completely, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
