  1. 1Bring water with chicken cubes to a boil.
  2. 2Add orzo and simmer until al dente, approximately 8 minutes.
  3. 3Chop green onions, white and small amount of green. When orzo is cooked, remove from heat, stir in green onions.
  4. 4Stir in parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
