  1. 1Coat portobello mushroom caps with olive oil, back and front then broil caps for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Mix together remaining ingredients.
  3. 3While caps are broiling, spoon mixture onto the four caps evenly.
  4. 4Return to broiler for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
