- 1Mix the peanut butter, softened cream cheese and ghee in a bowl.
- 2Add the cinnamon and Stevia.
- 3Then fold in the pumpkin seeds.
- 4Cover the bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes so it can set.
- 5Remove from freezer and form into spheres a little bigger than a quarter, alternatively you can use a small melon baller.
- 6After they are finished, they need to go back into the freezer for about 20-30 minutes before serving.
- 7Note: it's a good idea to store them in the freezer, too. They'll keep longer that way.
