  1. 1Mix the peanut butter, softened cream cheese and ghee in a bowl.
  2. 2Add the cinnamon and Stevia.
  3. 3Then fold in the pumpkin seeds.
  4. 4Cover the bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes so it can set.
  5. 5Remove from freezer and form into spheres a little bigger than a quarter, alternatively you can use a small melon baller.
  6. 6After they are finished, they need to go back into the freezer for about 20-30 minutes before serving.
  7. 7Note: it's a good idea to store them in the freezer, too. They'll keep longer that way.
