  1. 1Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Mix until completely blended.
  2. 2Use a small cookie scoop, spoon, or your fingers to make a small egg-sized cookie. Roll into a ball and put on a cookie sheet. Using a fork or a meat tenderizer mallet, press cookies until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. 3Place in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes or until you see a slight golden color around the edge.
  4. 4Remove from oven. Then, after 5 minutes, gently transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely.
