No-Bake Granola Bars
These bars are simple to make. With fewer calories than a candy bar they are an acceptable substitute.

Directions
- 1Add butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey together over medium heat until bubbly, then cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 2Pour mixture over dry ingredients, stir gently to mix.
- 3Press mixture into a lightly sprayed 8 x 8" pan. Cool 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
- 4Note: peanut butter can be substituted with almond or cashew butter.
