  1. 1Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
  2. 2Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
  3. 3Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
  4. 4Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
  5. 5To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
