Directions

  1. 1Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2Spread the beans over a large round platter.
  3. 3Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the layer of beans.
  4. 4Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sour cream.
  5. 5Cover whole platter with shredded lettuce over the cheese layer.
  6. 6Sprinkle all of the other ingredients (chopped) over the top and you are ready to eat.
  7. 7Eat using bite sized tortilla chips as scoops.
  8. 8Note: cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate after eating.
