Taco Bean Dip
A refried bean, taco seasoned dip full of veggies surprisingly low in points.

Ingredients
- 4 tsp taco seasoningNutrition
- 2 tbsp black olivesNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 oz bit size tortilla chipsNutrition
- 2 tbsp medium salsaNutrition
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheeseNutrition
- 1 cup sour creamNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced roma tomatoNutrition
- 2 cups fat free refried beansNutrition
- 1/3 medium head iceberg lettuceNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- 2Spread the beans over a large round platter.
- 3Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the layer of beans.
- 4Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sour cream.
- 5Cover whole platter with shredded lettuce over the cheese layer.
- 6Sprinkle all of the other ingredients (chopped) over the top and you are ready to eat.
- 7Eat using bite sized tortilla chips as scoops.
- 8Note: cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate after eating.
