  1. 1Grill pork and chicken and slice into narrow 2" strips, and grill shrimp on skewer, all over a charcoal grill.
  2. 2Boil vermicelli rice noodles for 1 minute, drain and put in large soup bowl.
  3. 3Add grated carrot, shredded lettuce and chopped green onion.
  4. 4Add grilled meat and shrimp.
  5. 5Serve with Vietnamese fish sauce.
