Directions
- 1Beat sugars and butter until blended.
- 2Add vanilla and eggs, beat.
- 3Combine flour, baking powder and salt, blend.
- 4Add 3/4 bag of butterscotch chips.
- 5Spread evenly in 8" pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining chips over top.
- 6Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 28 minutes.
