- 1Prepare grill or broiler.
- 2Combine cilantro and jalapenos in a bowl.
- 3Cut a pocket in the side of each steak, without cutting all the way through.
- 4Stuff pockets with cilantro mixture and secure closed with a toothpick or cocktail stick.
- 5Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, then rub over the outside of the steaks.
- 6Grill or broil about 5" from heat source 4-5 minutes per side, or longer if you prefer your meat well done.
- 7Remove toothpicks before serving.
