Directions
- 1Chop garlic, cilantro, onion and pepper.
- 2Scoop tomatoes from can with fork (save juice for another use).
- 3Mix all ingredients together (except salt) and then add salt to taste.
- 4Enjoy with Melba toasts or something similar.
- 5Note: substitute cilantro from basil and you've got bruschetta.
