Directions

  1. 1Chop garlic, cilantro, onion and pepper.
  2. 2Scoop tomatoes from can with fork (save juice for another use).
  3. 3Mix all ingredients together (except salt) and then add salt to taste.
  4. 4Enjoy with Melba toasts or something similar.
  5. 5Note: substitute cilantro from basil and you've got bruschetta.
