- 2Add chicken, if frozen stand the breast up on their sides so the salsa can flow between them.
- 3Add more salsa to mostly cover, if needed.
- 4Cook on high in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
- 5Drain, retaining chicken, tomato and pepper chunks, then fork shred the chicken.
