  1. 1Stir together salsa, cilantro and lime juice.
  2. 2Add chicken, if frozen stand the breast up on their sides so the salsa can flow between them.
  3. 3Add more salsa to mostly cover, if needed.
  4. 4Cook on high in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
  5. 5Drain, retaining chicken, tomato and pepper chunks, then fork shred the chicken.
