Directions

  1. 1Slice peppers, cucumbers and onion. Add to bowl.
  2. 2When ready to serve add extra virgin olive oil. Squeeze half lemon/half lime.
  3. 3Sprinkle dried, crushed mint to taste.
  4. 4Toss salad. Serve.
  5. 5Note: you can omit onion. You can sub dill for mint. Add salt if preferred.
