  1. 1Heat the oven to 350 °F, and spray the cookie sheet.
  2. 2Mix dry ingredients with the hazelnut spread. Then add egg and almond milk until the thick mixture loosens up. It will be a little sticky.
  3. 3Roll into 1/2-inch balls. Make 28 cookies, which can be close together so they do not spread, press each cookie with the backside of a fork to make a criss-cross design on top. Bake for 12 minutes.
