Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flourNutrition
- 3 oz original cream cheeseNutrition
- 1 tbsp half & halfNutrition
- 1/4 cup panko japanese style bread crumbsNutrition
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 3/4 cup natural shredded monterey jack cheeseNutrition
- 6 tbsps diced jalapeno peppersNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cuminNutrition
- 1/2 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp onion powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1/2 tsp black pepperNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine salt, spices, half & half, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- 2Roll into 1-inch balls. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg, then cover with panko.
- 3Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and preheat to 390°F.
- 4Place balls in the tray. Make sure they have a little bit of space in between each one. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- 5Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
