  1. 1Take zest and juice of half a lime, and combine all other sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. 2Coat the fish pieces well with the sauce and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. 3Baste often. Serve the remaining sauce on the side, if desired.
