Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakesNutrition

- 16 oz dry orecchietteNutrition
- 1/4 tsp ground oreganoNutrition
- 6 cloves garlicNutrition
- 2 oz parmesan cheese (shredded)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to packaging. In a separate pan, blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
- 2Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add minced shallot and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes until fragrant.
- 3Add beans and cook until tender. Pour some pasta water and bring to boil.
- 4Adjust heat to low then add broccoli, pasta and parmesan. Stir to incorporate. Turn off heat. Transfer to a plate then serve.
