  1. 1Cook pasta according to packaging. In a separate pan, blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add minced shallot and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. 3Add beans and cook until tender. Pour some pasta water and bring to boil.
  4. 4Adjust heat to low then add broccoli, pasta and parmesan. Stir to incorporate. Turn off heat. Transfer to a plate then serve.
