- 1Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
- 2Cream butter, white and brown sugar.
- 3Add eggs one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
- 4Using a wooden spoon add sour cream, mashed bananas, flour, baking soda and salt.
- 5Add the chopped nuts.
- 6Spoon into greased muffin or bread pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
