Sour Cream Banana Muffins

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
  2. 2Cream butter, white and brown sugar.
  3. 3Add eggs one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
  4. 4Using a wooden spoon add sour cream, mashed bananas, flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. 5Add the chopped nuts.
  6. 6Spoon into greased muffin or bread pans and bake for 35-40 minutes.
