Directions
- 1Break cauliflower into pieces. Bring to boil in pan with water. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
- 2Place all ingredients, except onion and bacon bits, in food processor. Mix until smooth.
- 3Stir in bacon bits and onion. Place in ramekin and bake about 15 minutes.
