  1. 1Trim green beans and cut in 2" pieces.
  2. 2Cook green beans in boiling salted water just until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  3. 3Combine olive oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
  4. 4Pour oil mixture over green beans and toss until well coated.
  5. 5Covered and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. 6To serve, spoon beans over salad greens and top with crumbled bacon.
