- 1Trim green beans and cut in 2" pieces.
- 2Cook green beans in boiling salted water just until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- 3Combine olive oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
- 4Pour oil mixture over green beans and toss until well coated.
- 5Covered and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 6To serve, spoon beans over salad greens and top with crumbled bacon.
